Internal and External Business Communication

According to the article, for a company to successfully deal with different audiences business communication can be separate into internal and external aspects. These communication categories are essential for further business negotiation. Internal communication sets “guidelines that [manager] expect to follow” (King, 2005) to inspire employees for “the best [performance]” (King, 2005). External communication delivers “what the customer wants” (King, 2005) to improve brand awareness for better “public relations” (King, 2005). Therefore, a successful company uses the two communication skills to efficiently communicate with other corporations.
