It's really annoying how they charge you for things that they don't even tell you about. I know for cellphones there is a hidden charge that is not allowed in Canada. I believe the charge in cellphone bills are called maintenance fee, although I'm not sure if that's the precise name. I recommend should watch their bills more closely. There are also hidden insurance charges on the credit cards that are completely useless.
