Did anyone read the article by Derek Sankey in The Province newspaper on Sunday? He says that 'According to a new survey by PwC.' (Pricewaterhouse Coopers) Older employees are being recruited for their knowledge and experience. "CEOs are looking at older workers as an important component of the talent mix.." I believe that a successful business needs a balance of knowledge, experience, fresh ideas and the latest technology.
