overcoming test anxiety

I came across this article, on how to reduce test anxiety.

They give some tips for the preparation stage first. And say how important it is to build up your confidence.

During the test you should allocate your time, and read the directions for the test carefully. There are many more interesting tips on the website.

  1. Florian is so right, I am dealing with test anxieties too. Because all accounting finals in Kwantlen are worth of 50 percent, it is a lot pressure for just one exams, so what should I do?

    Piyush Mangukiya provided 10 tips in his article, he recommend we should:

    1. Get a good night rest.
    2. Study small sessions in few days.
    3. Eat a good breakfast
    4. Do not study 15 minutes before final
    5. Build confidence
    6. Take a deep Breath
    7. Stay focused during the final
    8. Read the directions
    9. Be smart to use the giving answers on the exam to do other questions
    10. Don't over analyze the questions
