In the business world its all about communication and what you are trying to communicate is an idea. It can be tricky to communicate your idea in business but here are some guidelines.
-First, you need a plan. If you don't plan you can easily lose track of your audience or your message.
- Be creative - make sure you answer the questions that may be asked before they are.
- Explain the benefits directly or indirectly
- Make a request, also allows you to recap.
Make sure you use concrete and specific language to persuade your message. Using emotions also works well because you appeal to the readers emotional side.
