How to keep to time during your presentation

Hi there,
I think that one of the hardest things about a presentation is keeping within a time limit. Sometimes you go over and sometimes you can be way under the time limit. If your presentation is too long you can easily lose the audience's attention; if your presentation is too short you might not have gotten enough information accross.
