Netiquette for composing e-mails in the business world
In today's day and age, snail mail is just so passe. E-mails are instant and now the norm when sending information but what is the proper format for sending e-mails in the business world? I came across this useful website from the Colorado State University that everyone just read at least once. I, myself found it difficult sometimes on using the correct salutation or closing in an email. The code of the net is pretty interesting to read because it outlines the do's and don'ts.
